Learn Portuguese at UP School!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The classes at UP School<\/strong> are homogeneous and organized by levels, age and level of knowledge through the level assessment carried out before the beginning of the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We develop the various language skills - listening, speaking, reading and writing - in a motivating way and using active methods, interactive audiovisual media and diversified teaching materials. Our teachers are qualified in the languages \u200b\u200bthey teach and have experience in language teaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have daily schedules between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm and on Saturdays between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. We also have after-work hours specially designed for adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are thinking of starting to study Portuguese now, we have the Initiation Course, where you can learn the basics of the Portuguese language;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have studied Portuguese before, but need to improve and systematize your knowledge, we propose the Portuguese Language Improvement Course;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are bilingual and\/or Lusophone, live in Portugal or any other country, want to practice your mother tongue and teach your children to speak Portuguese correctly, we propose the Language Course for the development of competences, which can be attended throughout the family;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you already have fundamental knowledge of the Portuguese language and want to develop communicative skills in your professional area for work purposes, attend the Portuguese Courses \u2013 Working Language, Business; Legal; for Portuguese nationality; for Hospitality and Tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Courses for Children, Youngs and adults<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Portuguese courses at UP School<\/strong> are available for all ages (children, youth and adults) and in various teaching modalities from level A1 to C2. Our programs use methods and materials specially prepared and created for the respective age group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the beginning, students build a useful selection of everyday vocabulary and become familiar with the sounds and pronunciation of the language they are studying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual Courses<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The annual Portuguese courses at UP School<\/strong> can be 60 or 90 hours, taught once or twice a week at various times (2 to 3 hours per week). The duration of the course depends on the level the student attends. These courses are available face-to-face at our centres, at a distance or online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The annual Portuguese courses follow a study plan whose syllabus is oriented towards a solid preparation of students for international exams, improving all components of the language. These exams are carried out internationally by thousands of students, and a certificate is awarded. These UP School<\/strong> courses run during the school year, from mid-September to late June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
