Your health and safety are very important to us, so all activities must respect the safety rules.

The general rules are:

 

Before Arriving at UP School

• If you have symptoms of the disease, stay at home and do not go to UP School.
• If you have been confirmed to be infected with covid-19, please inform us.

General rules

• It's mandatory to wear a mask throughout the space.
• We appreciate you respecting the social distance of at least 2 meters, the appointments for the distance and the marked circuits.
• At the entrance to the building, a liquid for disinfecting hands and a temperature gauge are available.

 

About In-person classes

• For your safety, we have reduced the capacity of classrooms.
• A disinfectant spray is available in the classroom. We appreciate you disinfecting your place before and after class.
• Depending on the pandemic situation and legal guidelines, in-person classes may be changed to distance classes.

 

Contingency Plans

The health of our visitors, course students and our employees is our highest priority. Therefore, distancing and hygiene guidelines must be complied with. We appreciate you respecting the recommendations, so that we can all return home safely and healthy. 

Considering Order No. 2836-A/2020 of the Ministries of State Modernization and Public Administration, Labor and Social Solidarity and Health, as well as the most recent guidelines issued by the Directorate-General for Health (DGS), UP School Portugal has established a contingency plan, which details the main steps and procedures to be adopted in case of suspected infection.

If the temperature is higher than 37.8, the appropriate referral will be made. The first step is to communicate to parents, when referring to children.
